Delivery Policy

At Design Crazes, we aim to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from the moment you place your order to the final delivery and setup of your balloon designs. 1. Delivery Areas We offer delivery services within a 30-mile radius of Clermont, FL. For events located beyond this area, we may still be able to accommodate you for an additional delivery fee. Please contact us directly to discuss the details and receive a custom quote. 2. Delivery Scheduling We will work with you to arrange a convenient delivery time for your event. For most events, we recommend scheduling delivery a few hours before the event begins to ensure that all balloon designs are set up and looking their best. For larger or more complex installations, earlier delivery times may be necessary. 3. Delivery Fees Delivery fees are based on the distance from our location in Clermont, FL, to your event venue, as well as the size of the balloon installation. We will provide a clear breakdown of delivery costs in your quote. Any applicable tolls, parking fees, or additional delivery charges for locations outside the 30-mile radius will be added to your final cost. 4. Setup & Takedown Our team will handle both the setup and takedown of your balloon designs. Setup time will vary depending on the complexity and scale of your installation, but we always aim to complete the setup efficiently and leave your venue looking great. After your event, we’ll return to take down the balloons and ensure the space is left clean and tidy. 5. Weather Considerations If your event is outdoors, we advise considering weather conditions like wind, rain, or extreme heat, as they can impact the balloons’ appearance and durability. We will discuss the best design options to ensure your installation remains safe and stunning, even in challenging conditions. In the case of inclement weather, we may need to make adjustments to the setup for safety reasons. 6. Last-Minute Changes We understand that plans can sometimes change at the last minute. If you need to adjust your delivery or installation time within 48 hours of your event, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate any changes, additional fees may apply for urgent requests or schedule changes. 7. Non-Delivery Locations We are not responsible for deliveries to restricted or unsafe locations, such as rooftops, elevated platforms, or spaces with difficult access. We will work with you to find the safest and most suitable placement for your balloon designs.
